Do What You Like
Just because you are focused on getting your work done in the 8 or 10 hours a day you may be working doesn’t mean that you can’t do what you like when you’re off work.
You’ve already spent the day doing work someone else would like you to do, now how would you like to relax in your off time and do something in the spirit of fun. That means that you’re deciding yourself to “do what you like.”
Can I have a little more time?
Should I act upon the urging that I feel or remain passive and thus cease to exist? Through an idle mind, I can be distracted from the real battle. We know there are things that others want to get my attention. But I need my eyes to be on the real battle. What happens when a team takes their eyes off the real battle? They start fighting one another and they lose.
People want stories. They want to be involved in a conversation.

this is a reference of a the understanding of “external thinking.” Each connection bringing his own valuable, different and recognized contribution to the team. Pictures trivialize, drawings are silly, art is decoration, the true artists capture the essence of love in a song. But projecting yourself outward, means others pick up on it and look forward to coming back.
